Food On The Edge 2023 unveils world-renowned speakers

Now in its eighth year, the Food On The Edge event returns on 16 and 17 October at Airfield Estate in Dundrum, with this year’s theme centred on Storytelling. Founder, JP McMahon anticipates a diverse range of speakers sharing personal takes on storytelling in the culinary world.

One of the headline speakers is Elena Reygadas, recently named World’s Best Female Chef, who will explore the multifaceted relationship between chefs and the natural world. Newcomer Fatmata Binta, a groundbreaking chef from Sierra Leone, and Ahmet Dede, blending modern Turkish and Irish cuisines, are among the intriguing participants. Renowned chefs like Andoni Luis Aduriz and Pietro Carlo Pezzati will also share their insights.

Food On The Edge 2023 tickets are available for €325, providing two-day access to speaker talks, masterclasses, Airfield Estate tours, and exclusive culinary experiences.
