8 Enforcement Orders served in March

The Red Store Bar & Restaurant in Youghal, County Cork, was one of seven food premises served with a Closure Order by the HSE’s Environmental Health Officers last month for breaches of food safety legislation.

The kitchen area of the Halfway House restaurant at Dooleage, Islandeady, Casltebar, County Mayo, was also served with a Closure Order while a successful prosecution was carried out by the HSE against Parkway Distributors of Orion Business Campus, Rosemount Business Park, D15.
