Sano Pizza awarded Independent Restaurant of the Year at the Annual Just Eat Awards
Ireland has spoken, and the verdict is tasty.

Just Eat has announced the winners of its 12th annual Just Eat Awards, celebrating the nation’s favourite restaurants, grocery and retail partners*.
This year’s top honour, Independent Restaurant of the Year, was awarded to Sano Pizza.
The popular, authentic Neapolitan pizza restaurant, with locations in Dublin and Cork, secured the highest number of public votes both in its individual category (Best Pizza) and overall.
Sano Pizza has built a loyal customer base thanks to its affordable, authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, high-quality ingredients and commitment to simple, flavour-driven menus.
Its dedication to delivering consistently great food has made it a firm favourite among Just Eat customers in Ireland.
As Independent Restaurant of the Year, Sano Pizza receives a €100,000 package from Just Eat.
The investment will support Sano Pizza to continue to grow their brand and business in Ireland.
The prize highlights Just Eat’s continued commitment to supporting the partners that sit at the heart of its platform.
Thousands of people across Ireland cast their votes in this year’s Just Eat Awards, recognising the partners who deliver great food and service to communities nationwide.
This year’s list highlights standout restaurants from Galway, Cork, Sligo, Dundalk and Dublin, showcasing the best food spots across Ireland, from the local heroes and hidden gems, the shortlisted and winning restaurants bursting with talent and flavours.
Category winners were selected from a shortlist of over 105 nominees, and in addition to the Independent Restaurant of the Year title, the winners were:

This year’s winners, who ranged from local, independent food spots to national restaurant brands, were recently announced at a lunch event in Fallon and Byrne in Dublin City.
