Nearly 63% of business in the Food & Accommodation sector had ceased trading (temporarily or permanently) by the 28th of June according to a Central Statistics Office Business Impact of Covid-19 survey of 3,000 enterprises (27.1% of which completed the survey).
This compared to 6.7% for all other services (Industry, Construction, Wholesale & Retail & Other).
