6-7 February for Food & Bev Live

Capitalising on a revitalised foodservice sector and acting host to a range of national skill competitions, demonstrations and debate, the two-day Food and Bev Live will be a shop window for all things positive in the hospitality/foodservice sector.

The show is jointly driven by a new partnership between the Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance and the Restaurant Association of Ireland which will host a new element to the event for the first time ever – The Tech Hospitality area. This will feature some of Europe’s leading providers of technology solutions for the Foodservice and Hospitality sectors.

“For the first time ever, we will host the largest Hospitality Technology Summit in the world under one roof,” explained RAI Chief Executive Adrian Cummins, “This will bring the world’s latest hospitality and tourism technology start-ups to Ireland for a two-day global innovation forum.”

The event’s organisers have stated that this will build on the Irish Foodservice Suppliers Association’s CATEX event in years past.

Also new for 2018 will be a dedicated area for suppliers to the buoyant and innovative Quick Service Restaurant sector. Many FSA members already supply to the QSR and convenience sectors so Food and Bev Live will bring all of these solutions together, attracting operators nationwide to attend, believes IFSA Chairman John Cunningham.
