Little Lemon celebrates summer with a revamped menu and new head chef
Little Lemon on Royal Hibernian Way turned up the summer vibes in style with an exclusive event celebrating the launch of its vibrant new cocktail list and refreshed menu by new Head Chef Tomas Fajkos.
A host of familiar faces and top influencers gathered to toast the season, sipping on colourful summer cocktails and sampling standout dishes like Mini Lobster Rolls, Squid Fritti, Iberico Croquettes, and Braised Pork Belly. The evening buzzed with energy and flavour, offering guests a delicious taste of all that is available at Little Lemon!
