Dungarvan prepares for Waterford Festival of Food
The Waterford Festival of Food heads to Dungarvan on April 25

The launch of the Waterford Festival of Food
The Waterford Festival of Food takes place from April 25 to 27 across Dungarvan and nearby villages. The festival will feature over 100 events, with the bigger ones selling out in less than 24 hours.
Events taking place during the festival are:
- Oysome Irish Oyster Experience on the Water
- Foraging & Forest Bathing at Crough Wood
- Walk, Talk, and Eat: Dungarvan Discovery Taste Tour
- Meet the Maker: Grain, Grape, and Apple Tour
- Craicly Storytelling & Supper
- Clancy’s Kitchen: The Jug of Punch Concert
- Beoir & Boccas
- Craicly at the Cotton Library, Carthage’s Cathedral
The festival offers a wide range of events that take place including music and entertainment to health and wellness.
A free hopper bus will be in service via three different routes. The routes will cover Shandon and Spring Meadows, Ballinroad and Cruachan and will run for the day with a break from 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
