Live sales reporting technology ups pub sales

Peach Pubs, the 17-strong UK pub group, saw a 24% increase in sales over the last Winter period through the utilisation of live reporting technology enabling its staff to compete internally against one another on product sales.

Through its partnership with business analytics experts Tahola the pub group maximised sales by empowering serving staff to compete with one another via live data reporting, performance dashboards, automated report distribution and reporting across multiple data sources.

In addition to live reporting, the technology has also been able to streamline back of house operations through a series of bespoke ‘dashboards’ where all Peach resources are able to communicate with suppliers and head office.
