Pat Nolan thought it might be illuminating to find out how the current Irish Pub of the Year in Kilkenny is taking to the lockdown and so asks Paris Texas’s proprietor Pat Crotty how his pub has been weathering the Coronavirus storm and what his plans are going forward.

As the present Covid-19 crisis wears on, some bars such as the Two Sisters in Dublin’s Terenure district have simply continued doing what they’ve earned a reputation for doing well – offering takeaway and food deliveries to locals and non-locals alike.
