The Purty Kitchen Group has gone into Receivership with debts of €15 million to AIB.
However trading will continue as normal at its Dun Laoghaire and Temple Bar outlets which together employ around 43.
Tom Kavanagh of Kavanagh Fennel has been appointed Receiver to the companies and has put in Sean Doyle to manage the premises.
