Peter’s Pub in Dublin city centre, on South William Street, is being offered for sale  as a going concern by Lisney, with a guide price of excess €4,250,000.

Peter’s Pub has been operated by the Keogh family for over 48 years and represents a unique opportunity to acquire an important piece of Dublin’s cultural heritage. The sale is on the instructions of Enda Keogh who is retiring after running a pub that is renowned both nationally and internationally.

According to Lisney, Peter’s Pub is an iconic, traditional-style licensed premises presented throughout in impeccable repair having been exceptionally well maintained by the Keogh family who have preserved its unique, welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
