Kopparberg distributor Richmond Marketing reports that the launch of Strawberry & Lime has been “a huge success this Summer and re-establishes Kopparberg as the innovator in the Irish cider market, having been first to market with a fruit-driven premium Pear Cider and Mixed Fruit Cider”.

Kopparberg launched its new €500,000 TV and radio advertising campaign this Summer to drive sales in the key consumption period and to grow awareness of the Kopparberg range with specific executions for the new Strawberry & Lime, Pear & Mixed Fruit offerings.

The theme of the ad was ‘First Drink Refreshment’, emphasising Kopparberg’s “distinctively refreshing product profile & the perfect serve – long over ice, with a wedge of lime”. The campaign was created by new Dublin agency ‘Boys & Girls’ and shot by renowned London agency ‘Liquid Genius’ with post – production by ‘Clockwork Production’ (Dublin). The ads have a Swedish voice-over to add authenticity.

The campaign broke with the ‘Strawberry & Lime’ ad on June 17th while the Kopparberg Pear ads ran throughout July  and the Kopparberg Mixed Fruit ads ran throughout August.
