Dublin’s newest bar and restaurant ‘The Exchange’ opens in Temple Bar
The Exchange Bar & Restaurant, located on Exchange Street Upper celebrated its official grand opening on Thursday 16 October. The Exchange Bar & Restaurant, which is located within NYX Hotel Dublin Christchurch is a new, modern dining experience in Dublin’s city centre. Those attending the opening included the cast of The Traitors Ireland, Newstalk’s Andrea Gilligan, Ireland AM’s Deric Hartigan, Paralympian, Ellen Keane among many others.
Guests enjoyed a bubbly reception, a taste of the new seasonal menu created by head chef, Stuart Heeney, along with DJ and jazz performances. Keeping it glam and the Brown Thomas Fenty Beauty by Rihanna team also provided make-up touch ups for guests on the night.
With its eclectic, bright interiors and lively bar, The Exchange is more than just a restaurant. Whether you’re meeting for business, or gathering with friends, The Exchange invites you to settle in and savour something richer. With a seasonal menu guests can choose from sharing plates and starters, or more substantial main courses.
The Exchange will also be home to “Live at The Exchange”, a curated monthly series of live jazz music, featuring a rotating line up of local talent. A celebration of creativity in all its forms, this offering is designed to elevate the bar and dining experience with rich, soulful sound which will take place on the last Thursday of every month.
Now open for lunch, dinner, and drinks, The Exchange offers walk-ins and reservations on Open Table.
