Denis O’Flynn to head up Pernod-Ricard UK

IDL’s replacement Managing Director (for Alex Ricard who departed last July) Denis O’Flynn has been made Managing Director of Pernod-Ricard UK. He will take up office next month, reporting to the Chief Executive of Pernod Europe Laurent Lacassagne.

Denis joined Pernod Ricard from Diageo in 1998 and was appointed Commercial Director for Ireland for IDL last year.

The development follows the announcement by Pernod-Ricard UK’s Managing Director David de Mardt that we as retiring for “family reasons” upon which Laurent Lacassagne took on the running of the UK arm in the interim.
