Clash Bar brings bold flavours to Portobello
NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello has recently announced the opening of Clash Bar and Bites, a bold new bar concept located within Dublin’s stylish hotel on Portobello Harbour.

The Slow Cooked BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders (€13.50) pack a smoky punch, layered with creamy slaw, house pickles and BBQ sauce inside a toasted brioche bun, while lighter sharers include the Tomato Bruschetta (€10.95), grilled sourdough topped with vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, fresh basil and balsamic glaze.
Main courses at Clash include the Rigatoni in Slow Roasted Tomato Sauce (€16.95), a must-try, rich, velvety tomato sauce paired with creamy burrata and aromatic basil pesto, delivering comfort and bold Mediterranean flavour in every bite.
For steak lovers, the Irish Beef Fillet Medallions (€27.95) deliver bold flavour and sophistication, paired with peppercorn sauce, golden fries, and a rocket and parmesan salad.
For those who love a comforting classic with a twist, the Beer-Battered Fish & Chips (€19.95) features locally sourced white fish in a light, crispy batter with wasabi tartar, hand-cut fries, and a sharp rocket and pickled onion salad elevating a pub favourite to a modern must-try.
