Maggie Timoney new IBA Chair

The Irish Brewers Association has got its first female chair in Maggie Timoney, Managing Director of Heineken Ireland, who replaces Seamus O’Hara of Carlow Brewing Company. She’s also Chair of the Drinks Industry Group of Ireland.

Maggie has been Heineken Ireland’s Chief Executive for the past five years and before that, the Ballina native was a former Captain of the Irish National Womens’ Basketball team. She’d also been Vice President of Human Resources at Heineken USA.
