Ivy for Summer opening

This Summer, The Ivy Collection will cross the Irish Sea to open its first international brasserie in the heart of Dublin’s city centre.

One of the world’s most famous restaurants, The Ivy in London’s West Street, has been welcoming guests for over a century. The Ivy Collection comprises a group of restaurants, brasseries and cafés, offering accessible, all-day dining for locals and visitors alike.

Each location is carefully hand-picked to value, reflect and add to the local area, states the company.

This Summer, The Ivy Collection will cross the Irish Sea to open its first international brasserie in the heart of Dublin’s city centre. Located at 13-17 Dawson Street, the brasserie is situated in the new landmark building, One Molesworth.

The Ivy Dawson Street will be overseen by General Manager Jamie Belton together with Head Chef Nick Lentini.

The brasserie-style restaurant and bar will accommodate up to 200 guests. It will also feature a private dining room, The Jonathan Swift Room, seating up to 36 guests and will serve food all day incorporating a selection of classics including shepherd’s pie, crispy duck salad and a chocolate bombe alongside a selection of locally-inspired dishes such as Dublin Bay prawns and Dungarvan oysters.

Notable features in the restaurant include floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a striking central onyx bar, pendant lighting, marble floor tiles, polished parquet panel flooring and leather banquettes – all creating a stylish, yet laid-back environment for all-day dining.
