Hugo Spritz: a leap in space and time

Barry & Fitzwilliam has introduced Hugo Spritz into the on- and off-trades in Ireland.

Elderflowers, water, lemon and sugar are the ingredients which gave birth to this drink, described as “refreshing and energising at the same time”.

These natural ingredients, born and bred in uncontaminated territories, are carefully blended and left to rest. The resulting syrup is then added to prosecco to make Hugo Spritz.
For the perfect serve, offer Hugo Spritz with ice and a few mint leaves served with procescco, chilled in a large wine glass with a straw to mix.

Hugo has a low ABV of 5.5%. The prêt-a-porter drink awaits only some ice-cubes, some mint leaves and perhaps a slice of green apple to be ready to enjoy.
