Food & Bev Live – organised by the Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance and the Restaurants Association of Ireland – returns on 6th and 7th February, kick-starting the 2018 hospitality season at Citywest, Dublin.

Industry-specific attractions will serve-up inspirational solutions for Ireland’s foodservice/hospitality sectors.

“Playing home to a vast portfolio of national skill competitions, demonstrations, new technologies and conversation, Food & Bev Live will be a two-day shop window for ‘the best of’ within the industry, from skills to products, services and innovation,” comments IFSA Chairman John Cunningham who points out that Food & Bev Live 2018 is the only expo in Ireland to have all-industry support, “For the first-time, the RAI will be hosting the Global Hospitality Tech Summit at the event and the Stonehouse trade expo is joining us, running as a complementary event.”

In a first for the sector, the IFSA partners with the RAI to host the largest Hospitality Technology Summit in Ireland, bringing the world’s latest hospitality and tourism technology start-ups to Ireland for the innovation forum.

Over the two days, the show hosts the National Barista, the Irish Cocktail, the Chef Ireland and the Contract Caterers Championships.
