    With pubs being the second most-frequent eating venue chosen by overseas visitors, as we progress into the tourist season pub and hotel owners can learn a lot from Fáilte Ireland’s Visitor Attitudes surveys. Fáilte Ireland published a booklet recently offering advice on what to consider when serving food to specific groups of customers from specific countries. The notion of dining alone in public is not so off-putting to many customers any longer thanks to the widespread availability of WiFi in pubs, cafés and restaurants according to a new report from OnePoll commissioned by O2 in the UK. The deadline for the fourth Great Carvery of the Year competition, launched by rugby ace Tommy Bowe, is fast approaching.
