Kazbar’s Eoin O’Neill – a Disaronno ‘Mixing Star’
Eoin O’Neill of Waterford’s Kazbar was the winner of this year’s Disaronno Mixing Star Competition which had a heavy emphasis on showmanship with each bartender having to relate their cocktail to a movie either through articulating it in their presentation or incorporating it into their demonstration.
